DAAC
The Dover Area Aquatic Club was founded in 1980. DAAC provides a year-round swim program for residents of the Dover Area School District and surrounding communities. We offer an age-group competitive swimming program for children age 5 and up, from the swimmer with the basic freestyle and backstroke ability to the most competitive and skilled swimmer. We also offer recreational swimming opportunities, pool rental, competitive spring board diving instruction as well as other aquatic opportunities.
When a young person becomes a member of DAAC he/she learns the values of sportsmanship and team work.
The mission of our competitive swimming program is:
-To fully develop each individual’s ability to realize their dream through quality year round training
-To develop well rounded student athletes
-To encourage team spirit, open communication and Sportsmanship
-To foster a lifelong love for the sport of swimming
